St. Mary’s Catholic Church

Our Opus 33 for St. Mary’s, Richmond, Va is a new chapter in our almost 40 year company history, and a return to all our origins in electric action organs. The third building was built from 2005 to 2007 and seats approximately 1,000 people.
Under the guidance of Paul Thornock, we designed a 2 manual and pedal organ following our most recent organs containing a wide variety of principals, flutes, and a plethora of reeds in each division. The physical design draws on the many architectural details in the church. Construction starts in January, 2027 with expected completion in the first half of 2028.
